SOCCER NOTES

Soccer fans and players are marking time just now and eagerly awaiting a break in the weather. The Bethlehem Steel-Disston game on January 13th was the only game of importance played in the east since Christmas so that soccer will have to take an exceptional spurt if League and Cup games are completed before the warm weather sets in. Bethlehem Steel players are maintaining training and will be in good condition when the resumption of play is possible.
