Soccer Notes

The Bethlehem soccer team is practicing for its game on Saturday, when it will begin the first of a serious of three games with the Kensington Boys’ Club, champions of the American League for the amateur championship of Pennsylvania. The game will be called on East End field at 3 p.m. The Boys’ Club has lost only one game in the league this season. Captain Galbraith and “Jack” Lance who received injuries in the University of Pennsylvania game will be sufficiently recovered to take their places on Saturday. Peacock, the great fullback, may be prevented from playing because of injuries. The following players are expected to be in good shape and ready to take the field on Saturday. Love, Bone, Garvey, Peacock, Donaghy, Stewart, Lawler, Cassidy, Galbraith, Lewis, Lance, Leonard, Fleming and Lawson. A general meeting of the club will be held at 8 p.m. in the National Hotel, East Third Street.
