SOCCER NOTES

Fletcher and Ferguson were particularly steady in the Babcock and Wilcox game last Sunday. Both men are at the top of their form at present and have a perfect understanding with one another.

The present Bethlehem Steel half back line is regarded by many good judges of soccer as the greatest intermediate line playing soccer in this country. At the present time all three men are tireless workers and are exceptionally adept at placing to the forwards.

Fleming at outside left has an exceptional fine goal scoring record. For a man in that position, Tommy's left foot drive is probably the most dangerous in soccer circles.

The clever footwork of Easton and Pepper is often directly responsible for many of the goals scored by their team mates.

The Interborough Rapid Transit play a strong bustling game and their style is particularly adapted to cup games.
