A Swing Along Athletic Row

Sensational Jackson
No greater distinction has possibly been reflected on the Bethlehem soccer team than the brilliant exploits of Alec Jackson, a wing forward with Huddersfield Town, a topnotch English club. After a year of service with the Bethlehem team, Alec, then a mere youngster, was heralded as the find of the season and he has more than lived up to this prediction. No sooner had he started to boot the ball in European soccer circles he gained recognition and today is without a doubt one of the greatest soccer exponents doing business on the other side of the pond. His team advanced to the semi-final round of the English Cup, in the latest cable advice, and mainly thorough the individual goal scoring of Jackson. In the four cup ties played by his team Jackson scored eight of the nine goals, a performance of a wing forward which is nothing short of amazing and perhaps a record never before equaled.
