The National League schedule for this week end will be as follows:
Saturday -- Disston A. A. vs. New York F. C. at Tacony. Referee, Jas. Kerr.
Sunday -- Scottish Americans F. C. vs. Bethlehem Steel F. C., at Clarke's Grounds, East Newark, N. J. Referee, Charles Ward; Babcock & Wilcox F. C. vs. Paterson F. C. at Babcock & Wilcox grounds, Bayonne, N. J. Harry Dunn, Referee; Jersey A. C. vs. West Hudson A. A. Referee, William Russell.
Easton and Pepper, the two inside men on the Bethlehem forward line, put in a tremendous amount of hard work in last Satuday's game with Joliet. Both men are clever on the ball and know how to draw the defense so that the outside men and the center forward are often given a clear field.
Kirkpatrick, the Bethlehem Steel left halfback, is suffering from the grip, but is expected that he will be in good shape for Sunday's game. An epidemic of this malady seemed to pass through the whole team and McKelvey and Fleming have not fully recovered from it yet.
