Soccer Notes

Bethlehem Steel has seldom been in as good physical condition as they are at present and Saturday's lineup will be the same as defeated Disston in the National Cup at Philadelphia by the score of 2 goals to 1.

Tommy Fleming and Harry Ratican are tied in the goal scoring record, each having twenty goals, with Easton and Pepper close behind.

Harry Ratican, the center forward on the Bethlehem Steel soccer team, will be a candidate for an outfield position won the baseball team when the soccer season is over. Ratican formerly played with the Quincy team of the Three-I league.

Harry Pearce, the Disston goal tender, who went South with the Phillies is expected to be in goal against Bethlehem on Saturday.

If the Bethlehem Steel is victorious in Saturday's game they will be finalist in both the National and American cup. At the present time it looks as through Fall River will be the other finalist for both cups.
