The probability of an exhibition soccer game in Canada with a pick of Canadian stars was announced this morning by William Sheridan, manager of the Bethlehem Steel champions. "We expect to hear definitely within the next twenty-four hours" he said. He also stated that negotiations had been on for some time for this contest and several others and t hat the chances for the champions figuring in several more games before ending the season were very good. If the proposition goes through it is likely that the contest will be played on Queen Victoria's birthday, May 24, a big holiday in Canada. Arrangements are being made with the Ontario Football Association. It is also likely that following the game in Canada, the champions will make a quick jump to New York where a match will be played with a picked New York team on May 25. Negotiations are also under way for two contests at Fore River with the old Rover team, on May 30 and 31.
