At a meeting of the Bethlehems Association Football Club, the Secretary reported the club to have had the most successful season in the history of soccer in Bethlehem. Interest in soccer has been worked up to a high mark in this town, as was shown by the crowd that witnessed the last game on East End Field, the largest ever seen at a soccer game in Bethlehem. This was the most important game hard to loose. Although defeated, Bethlehem was declared to be the best team that day with all the luck against it, this being the only defeat the Bethlehem team met since the opening, Sept. 16, 1911. Since that time the team won the Eastern Pennsylvania League Championship without being defeated, playing 14 games, won 11, drawn 1, lost 1, scoring 31 goals against their opponents.
