The Chinese soccer team will be seen in Bethlehem in the near future in an exhibition game, practically all of the players are students at Columbia University, and learned the game in their own country where it is very popular. The Celestials drew with Bridgeport last Saturday by the score of 2 to 2. T. W. Cahill, Hon. Secretary of the United States Football Association, is manager of the team. Mr. Cahill is one of the most enthusiastic soccer lovers in the country and the Chinese are exceptionally fortunate in having a man of his ability as manager.
The baseball diamond is being resodded for Saturday's opening game, and the screen in front of the stand will be removed so that good weather is all that is necessary for an auspicious opening.
