A Swing Along Athletic Row

Soccer Team Expected Next Week
Word received that the Bethlehem Steel soccer team sailed for home on Sept. 27, gives the assurance that the squad will arrive some time next week. Active preparations are being made for their return at the Steel Company gymnasium and it is likely that after a few days' rest the squad will again start tuning up for its campaign in the National League. With all ball games on the athletic field diamond a thing of the past for this season, Trainer "Bill" Stark is supervising a crowd of men in sodding the diamond and getting ready for the homecoming of the players. The first game will probably be a week from next Sunday when the Steel Workers are scheduled to meet the Federal Ship in New York in a National League game.
