Too Many Good Players In Soccer Squad
Some of the regulars in the Bethlehem Steel soccer lineup may enjoy a period of rest on the sidelines in the next several days. Not that these players are falling down in their performances, but rather to give some of the other men in the squad a chance to display their wares. The players, according to manager Sheridan, are so near par that it is hard to make a distinction and that it is due them to have a chance in some of the regular games. As a result, it may be almost an entirely different lineup from that of last week when the Steel Workers trot on the field at Cardington, Pa., for an exhibition game with Wolfenden-Shore on Sunday afternoon.
