SOCCER NOTES

The Bethlehem Steel soccer team has finished training for Sunday's game with Paterson F. C. at Paterson, and is confidently looking forward to the result. The Paterson forward line is easily the most formidable part of the team and if the Bethlehem halfback line are able to break up their combination the Steel Workers ought to win. However, there is a possibility of the Paterson club being able to furnish a surprise and hand the Steel Workers the first defeat of the year, but if they do it will be because they are a better team, as the Steel Workers are particularly anxious to win this game and no element of over-confidence will enter into the result as far as the Bethlehem team is concerned. The following men will report at the Lehigh Valley station on Sunday morning at 8:30 for the Paterson game; Duncan, Fletcher, Ferguson, Morrison, Campbell, Kirkpatrick, Pepper, McKelvey, Easton, Ratican, Forrest, Fleming, Morrison and Trainer Stark.
