HOW POINTS WERE MADE
The Philadelphia F. C. continued its winning stride in an election day attraction at New York Oval by swamping the New York Football Club in a one-sided game by the score of 8 goals to 1. The teamwork of the famous Bethlehem Steel workers was never seen to better advantage and the noted machine worked to perfection throughout. Four goals were shot in each half and New York's only tally came through a penalty early in the second period.
