Soccer Notes

Advices from Philadelphia would indicate a great crowd of soccer fans at the Red Cross soccer game at Franklin Field, Philadelphia, on Saturday. The Disston management claim to have sold 2,000 tickets in the Tacony district alone. The Bethlehem management will pay all expenses of the Steel Workers and as all the tickets sent here by the committee in charge were easily disposed of the Bethlehems ought to be well represented at the game. The Steel Workers will leave on the 10:33 train but any fan who wishes to make the trip will be in plenty time for the game if he leaves on the 11:15 train. All the members of the Bethlehem team have been through a strenuous preparation and if ability to last the full ninety minutes is a deciding factor in the game the Bethlehem management have no fear of the result.
