A Swing Along Athletic Row

Whitey Cutting Capers
Scarcely a sports sheet comes from across the pond but that some glowing mention is made of the brilliancy of Whitey McDonald, former Bethlehem halfback, who is now serving as a regular with the crack Glasgow Rangers. When Whitey signed up with the Rangers on their tour to this country last season, it was more to satisfy an ambition to play abroad and by his conversation then had intended to return after a season in European soccer. However, he has undoubtedly changed his mind by this time for since making a regular berth with the Rangers many prominent English clubs are bartering for his services and in the negotiations big fees are involved.
