Famous Hakoah Team to Be in This City April 20 or 21 to Meet Steelmen

The coming Hakoah game was the main topic at the Soccer Booster Club's meeting Tuesday evening in the Masonic Hall. The manner in which the automobile, which is being given away by the club will be disposed of was also discussed.

The Hakoah team, probably the most colorful booting aggregation to visit these shores, will play in Bethlehem on either April 20 or 21. This club smashed all attendance records on its last tour. On one occasion it played to 45,000 spectators at the Polo Grounds in New York. Composed entirely of Jews form the vicinity of Vienna, Austria, it drew the acclaim of the leading sport writers of the country for its wonderful combination movements. On account of the nature of the attraction, the Booster Club has made arrangement for the winner of the machine to be decided on that day.

All members having tickets for the award are being notified that all returns must be in by April 9th , as the drawing will positively be made at the Hakoah game. Arrangements are being made to engage the City Band of Bethlehem to play at the game.

Before closing the meeting attention was drawn to the fact that Bethlehem is engaging in an important cup game at Philadelphia, the field being at I and Tioga Streets, Philadelphia. The next meeting of t he club well be held on Tuesday, April 12.
