STARK MAY WIN IN SOCCER SCORING
Steel Team Member Now Second in League With 39, Trailing Stevens.
FALL RIVER HEADS LEAGUE

Eliminated in further cup competition and scheduled to conclude the season with league games, Archie Stark, for two seasons premier goal scorer in the American Soccer League, will have the opportunity of aspiring to that honor again this season.

Stevens Has 42

Stark is second in the list of individual goal scorers with 39 goals. He is trailing A. Stevens, of New Bedford, who has a total of 42. Stark's 39 goals were scored in 38 games, giving him an average of a little better than one goal a game. Stevens counted his 42 goals in 43 games.

New Bedford, the New England survivor in the American Soccer League cup competition, will be engaged in cup games over the weekend against the New York Giants, survivors of the Metropolitan district.
