RUMOR BRITTAN MAY LEAVE HERE
Star Soccer Player Said to Be Thinking of Signing Up Elsewhere
WOULD BE A BIG LOSS

Since the leaving of the five former Philadelphia players, there is a persistent rumor prevalent to the effect that Harold Brittan is looking for another haven and is biding his time in Bethlehem awaiting the most luring offer. Brittan, it was said, had not signed a local contract up to several days ago and was not feeling any to favorably included to do so. This condition leaves him a free agent. The loss of Brittan, considered the peer of all center forwards in American would be a blow probably far more effective with the combined loss of the five players who recently signed up with the J & P Coats team. Despite injuries which kept him on the shelf for a good many games last season, the speedy center topped the players in goal scoring in the league series with twenty seven to his credit.
