Boosters Liberally Contribute
The Bethlehem Boosters have not in the least stinted things in their efforts to drum up soccer interest in Bethlehem. In fact, the boosters have been quite liberal and by means of contributions from other boosters, have provided incentives to bring the fans out. The games in themselves are worthy of every bit of support. Through the kindness of a fan, two soccer fans will be spectators at the Dempsey-Tunney fight and with no expense other than transportation. He contributed two tickets for the big fight, which were won by soccer fans. On Saturday when Newark plays here somebody else will be luck when the numbers are drawn from a hat and two tickets for one of the World Series games will be drawn. In addition, the management is giving away a soccer ball at every game to the youngster whose name is drawn from the box.
