MARSHALL, COLLEGIAN IN BETHLEHEM LINEUP
Will Make Bid For Big League Fame Against Hispano F. C., on Saturday
BOTH UNDEFEATED TEAMS

A lineup slightly revised over the one that will meet the Fall River invaders the week following in the second round of the National Cup competition will clash against Hispano F. C., of New York, in the Eastern Soccer League game to be played here on Saturday afternoon.

At that the local dribblers will have enough veterans as a nucleus of a strong makeup to combat the Castillians. Archie Stark, goal scoring ace and Alec Massie, an inside forward, both of whom have stood the brunt of the heavy work of the team this season, will be in their accustomed positions on the forward line and with this duo performing in the style evident of recent weeks the Spanish defense is certain to experience a busy afternoon.

Some of the changes in the lineup are necessitated by injury and as a precaution against hurts in view of the cup classic here the week following. Others are brought about to find a place for "Dick" Marshall, Penn State collegian, and several of the Bethlehem reserves.

Prominent among the missing will be "Bill" Carnihan, center halfback; Willie Reid, also a halfback, and Tom Gillespie, a wing forward. This trio are convalescing and although sufficiently improved to be pressed into service if needed, will be given the benefit of another weekend of idleness to get back into normal condition.

Johnny Rollo, Bethlehem player who in the last several games cavorted in a forward position, will see service as a halfback. The versatile regular and general utility player will take W. Reid's position at right half. As a result of this change Massie, who usually pairs off with Rollo at inside left, will play the wing forward with Marshall, the collegian, inside left.

Stark, in fact, will be the only forward to play in his regular position. The change on the right side of the line brought about by the absence of Tom Gillespie will see Johnny Jaap at outside right and Joe Mulhall at the inside position. With this combination there should be plenty of speed in the Bethlehem attack.

The probable lineup of the teams follows:

Bethlehem -- Hispano
McClure -- G -- J. Thompson
Marshall -- RFB -- Printer
Allan -- LFB -- Parrodi
Rollo -- RHB -- J. Healey
Wilson - -CHB -- W. Thompson
MacGregor -- LHB -- Patterson
Jaap -- OR -- W. Healey
Mulhall -- IR -- Carnegie
Stark -- CF -- Miller
E. Marshall -- IL -- Crilley
Massie -- OL -- McGowan
Referee: J. H. Carpenter.
