A Swing Along Athletic Row

Cup Game Saturday
Fall River fans wanted to see the Bethlehem soccer team in action and made luring inducements to have the second round national cup tie game played in that city. Whenever Bethlehem did play in Fall River during the days when the Marksmen enjoyed the good graces of the U. S. F. A., the team never failed to "pack them into the park." As a drawing card Bethlehem was the best attraction to show. A trip to Fall River would undoubtedly have netted the local club a neat income. As it is the management remained firm in its decision to play here, satisfied to sacrifice the big expense demanded as a guarantee to bring the Walsh Chevrolet team here and it behooves all soccer fans to attend this game. It has been many years since Bethlehem was drawn in a home national cup game and the management grabbed the opportunity to present one of these blue ribbon events to the home town clientele.
