A Swing Along Athletic Row

Honors Go to Fall River
Canadian and American soccer teams were unable to hold the Third Lanarks, Scotland's selected clan of soccer representatives, until the team visited at Fall River, Mass., where in the final game of the tour, staged yesterday afternoon, the Scots were held to a tie score. The announcement that the New Englanders held the fast and clever aggregation to a 2-2 score comes undoubtedly as a surprise to the American soccer world. The Scots went through a schedule of 24 games without a defeat or tie score up to the time they were forced to divide the honors with Fall River. The tourists will leave New York on Saturday for the return trip to Scotland.
